If your family members plans to stay in Japan for 90 days or less, apply for Short-Term Stay Visa, which is limited to relatives related up to the third degree (e.g. brothers, nieces, and aunts). Family members wishing to visit Japan should contact the Japanese embassy for details, as circumstances differ depending on their country of origin. Be sure to apply at least one month before the arrival date.
