  • Abstract:What will be the relationship between American military power and its foreign policy in the years to come? What are the consequences and lessons of fifteen years of war? What are the chief challenges that must be met by American forces, and to what use will they be put? Professor Cohen explored these, with particular reference to the circumstances of the 2016 election, and the changing international environment, including in Asia.
