Takashi Shiraishi (President of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies) & Shinichi Kitaoka (Program Leader, Executive Advisor to the President of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies) talked on 「GRIPS Global Governance Program (G-cube)」.
