The 24th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on April 8, 2013, on the topic of “U.S. Fisheries Management: Catch Shares Versus ‘The Race for the Fish’”.

The seminar featured Mr. Christopher Fanning (Mansfield Fellow), Business and Industry Specialist from U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service, as a speaker and Dr. Masayuki Komatsu, Adjunct Professor of GRIPS, as a moderator.
