Dr. Kiyoshi Kurokawa, Academic Fellow of GRIPS, wins the 2012 American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Award for Scientific Freedom and Responsibility

 

 

The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is an international non-profit organization founded in 1848, dedicated to advancing science around the world by serving as an educator, leader, spokesperson and professional association. AAAS organizes membership activities and publishes the journal Science.

The AAAS Award for Scientific Freedom and Responsibility is presented annually by AAAS to honor scientists and engineers whose exemplary actions have served to foster scientific freedom and responsibility.
