Training for Myanmar Young Leaders in Agriculture
In response to a request by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE), GRIPS conducted a half-day training program on June 27, 2012 for Myanmar young leaders in agriculture. This program was held as part of the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Program.
The 18-member delegation of young leaders was accompanied by JICE staff members and visited GRIPS to attend a lecture given by Prof. Hara entitled “Agriculture and Agricultural Policy in Japan.”
As an introduction to the entire program, a very active question and answer session was held.
