From November 28th to December 7th, 2007, the delegation consisting of two faculty members of the Central Party School of China’s Communist Party, and three from the several Provincial Party Schools visited GRIPS to participate in the short-term training program on local development. In addition to the lectures at the campus, they visited central and local government offices as well as a few townships outside Tokyo that are going through unique community development.
