The 20th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on December 13, 2011, on the topic of “Official Development Assistance: New Directions in U.S. Foreign Assistance Reform”.

The seminar featured Ms. Amanda J. Van Den Dool (Mansfield Fellow), Program Analyst, U.S. Agency for International Development, as a speaker and Dr. Tetsushi Sonobe, Professor of GRIPS, as a moderator.
