The 18th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on May 13, 2011, on the topic of “The Next Generation Air Transportation System: Public and Private Funding Issues.”.

The seminar featured Mr. James Spillane (Mansfield Fellow), Supervisory Traffic Management Coordinator of Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, as a speaker and Dr. Yoshitsugu Kanemoto, Executive Adviser to the President and Professor at GRIPS, as a moderator.
