- Professional Career
Joined the Japanese Ministry of Construction in 1992. Engaged in policy making, implementation and research regarding housing, building, city and disaster management at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management(NILM) and BUILDING RESEARCH INSTITUTE.
Professor of the GRIPS since 2023.
