- Professional Career
Joined the Japanese Ministry of Construction in 1995. Engaged in policy making, implementation and research regarding housing, building, city and disaster management at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), the Disaster Management Bureau of the Cabinet Office (CAO), the Ministry of Internal affairs and Communications (MIC), the Fukuoka Prefectural Government and the OECD Headquarters in Paris. Professor of the GRIPS since 2019.
