Services available during GRIPS’ emergency closure
In the interest of maintaining full operation of the GRIPS administration, while at the same time doing our best to prevent COVID-19 infection, during the emergency closure of GRIPS, we will provide services such as receipt of application kits/inquiries as follows.
- During the closure of GRIPS, we can only receive and reply to inquiries by email. Communication by other means (e.g., telephone, fax, and skype) is not available.
It may take more time than usual for us to respond to your emails.
We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
- Even though GRIPS is closed, we will continue to receive postal delivery (e.g. regular post, registered mail). However, we will not be able to check the contents of such mail until after the emergency closure ends.

Note: If for some reason related to the COVID-19 pandemic, you are not able to submit any of the required application documents by the deadline, please contact us well before the deadline.
