On June 11 Dr. Wilfrido V. Villacorta, former Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN and former Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN, visited GRIPS and met with GRIPS President Akihiko Tanaka and GRIPS Assistant Professor Yusuke Takagi.
