Alumni may request an official transcript, certificate of completion or certificate of scholarship award. Where to submit your request depends on whether you graduated from GRIPS or GSPS.
 
 
•    GRIPS
If you graduated from GRIPS, certificates should be requested via

Make sure to apply well in advance if you request certificates by international postal mail.

 
•    GSPS
If you graduated from the Graduate School of Policy Science (GSPS), Saitama University, you can request your transcripts online from the Saitama University website:
