2年制公共政策プログラム(MP2)は、1年制公共政策プログラム(MP1)とほぼ同様の、しかし、公共政策分析についてより重点的な教育を施します。1年次にはコア科目を履修して、複数領域にまたがった基礎的な分析能力を獲得するように学んでいきます。その後、4つの政策専門領域(経済政策、 国際開発政策、外交・安全保障政策、 公共政策)から一つの分野を選択してより専門的な分析能力を獲得していきます。あわせて、学術的・実務的な様々な選択科目を履修することができます。2年次には、それまでに習得した専門的なスキルと実用的な知識を駆使して、選択した専門政策領域の教員の指導を受けつつ修士論文を執筆します。
