• 研究分野・略歴

発展途上国や新興国における持続可能な発展促進、自然資源、農業分野における開発及びイノベーション政策を主な研究分野とする。

現在、イギリス、サセックス大学の科学政策研究ユニット（SPRU）のアソシエートフェロー及びオランダ、国連大学マーストリヒト技術革新・経済社会研究所（UNU-MERIT）のアフィリエイトフェローを兼任する。

GRIPSには2018年4月より勤務。その前は国連大学マーストリヒト技術革新・経済社会研究所にて研究員(UNU-MERIT：2008-2018）、国連ラテンアメリカ・カリブ経済環境委員会にて環境担当官（UNECLAC：1997-2000）、財団法人国際開発センターにて研究員（IDCJ：1993-1996年、2000-2002年）として勤務。

サセックス大学の科学政策研究所（SPRU）にて科学技術政策のDPhil、サセックス大学開発学研究所（IDS）において開発学のMPhil、ロンドン大学インペリアルカレッジにおいて環境管理のディプロマを取得。
