  • Government and Market
    2 lectures per week (Winter term). It develops basic familiarity with economic theories of government behaviour and with particular examples of government policies.
  • Environmental Economics
    1 session per week (Spring term). An introduction to the main concepts of environmental economics, including valuation, ecosystem services, the environmental Kuznet’s curve and sustainability.
  • Experimental Economics
    1 session per week (Autumn term). A class on one of the most important new areas of economics, for PhD students. This class teaches both the results of economics experiments and the methods used by experimenters.
