The Chairperson will introduce the speaker and discussant, join the discussion, and monitor the progress of the session.The speaker will give a presentation for an hour, lead the discussion and answer questions from the participants. The discussant will  give comments on the presentation for about 30 minutes, will lead the discussion when necessary.
