The 48th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on February 20, 2019, on the topic of “U.S Official Development Assistance: Supporting the Journey to Self-Reliance”.

The seminar featured Ms. Heather Ward (Mansfield Fellow), International Cooperation Specialist Office of East Affairs U.S. Agency for International Development, as a speaker and Mr. Kiichi Tomiya, Senior Advisor, Research Support and International Affairs Division, National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), as a moderator.
