Alumni may request an Official Transcript or Certificate of Completion. Where to submit your request depends on whether you graduated from GRIPS or GSPS.

• GRIPS

If you graduated from GRIPS, transcripts and certificates should be requested through GRIPS Gateway (G-way). You will need your GRIPS ID and password to log in. If you have any inquiries, please send an email to astgrips.ac.jp.

• GSPS

If you graduated from the Graduate School of Policy Science (GSPS), Saitama University, you can request your transcripts online from the Saitama University website:
