The 35th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on December 16, 2015, on the topic of “U.S. and Japan International Taxation & the U.S-Japan Tax Treaty”.

The seminar featured Mr. Darrell Rico Doss (Mansfield Fellow), Economic Policy Counsel, Office of Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, U.S. House of Representatives, as a speaker and Mr. Makoto Hasegawa, Assistant Professor of GRIPS, as a moderator.
