JAPAN Cultural Envoy Forum 2014 was held at GRIPS on February 28, 2014.

The Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japanese government has sent artists and other cultural figures abroad since 2003 to serve as JAPAN Cultural Envoys, deepening the international community’s understanding of Japanese culture, and forming and strengthening networks with people around the world active in the cultural area.

At this forum, six artists who were active in FY2012 and in FY2013  presented reports and demonstrations of their activities abroad. Over 250 people including GRIPS students and staffs joined the forum and had a wonderful moment to experience Japanese culture.
