The 15th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on November 19, 2010, on the topic of “Observations on two economic crisis: What the world learned from Japan.”

The seminar featured Mr. Matthew Poggi (Mansfield Fellow), Economist, U.S. Department of the Treasury, as a speaker and Mr. Tadashi Nunami, a Professor at GRIPS, as a moderator.
