Dr Orr is the former President of Boeing Japan, and served as a Foreign Policy Advisor for Senator Barack Obamaandrsquo;s Campaign. He is currently kept busy as a member of the President-electandrsquo;s transition office. Dr. Orr presented interesting inside stories on the development of strategies of the Obama campaign during the U.S presidential election. Many questions were raised at the Qandamp;A session.
