GRIPS has conducted a 12-day training program titled as the Thai Public Administration and Leadership Training Program (PMLTP)and held from 23 August -3　September, 2010. The program was held in response to the request of the Office of the Civil Service Commission of the Thai government. GRIPS welcomed 14 promising government officials, selected by the Thai government. They are in manager or assistant manager positions and promising young officials with a few years of experience.
