- Interviewed by China Science and Technology Daily. The interview “how the Sino-US trade imbalance was distorted” was published on Jan 13, 2011;
- On Dec. 16, 2010, The Wall Street Journal published a full page article “Sum of iPhone parts: trade distortion” to report the research;
- On Jan. 10, 2011, the Wall Street Journal publish an editorial article “The $6.50 Trade War” by using the research results of the paper;
- On Jan. 11, 2011, the Time published an article “Is the iPhone bad for American Economy” to discuss the paper;
- On Jan. 18, 2011, Forbes published an article “Don’t be Fooled by Misleading US-China Trade Data” to discuss the iPhone paper;
- On Jan. 24, 2011, the WTO Chief Pascal Lamy published an article“ ‘Made in China’ tells us little about global trade” in Financial Time and cited the iPhone paper;
