Case study and Modeling of Organization Management in Southeast Asia


This research project aims to clarify practical solutions to enhance capacity of public organizations focusing on their modes of leadership and organizational management. One of key elements which should shape capacity of an organization is mode of leadership and management. An organization can be more innovative and dynamic by adopting an appropriate mode suitable to their respective contexts and cultures. A body of comparative studies are to be conducted in countries of Southeast Asia with a view on synthesizing results into models for organizations which are striving to strengthen their capacity to cope with ever more demanding policy challenges.
