Speaker: Dr. Seung Yong UHM
Dr. Seung Yong UHM, after graduating from Hanguk University of Foreign Studies with a BA in English Language and Public Administration, successively held various governmental posts including Director General of Policy Bureau, Cultural Heritage Administration. In2010 he received Ph.D degree from Politics Department, the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. At present, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Councils, Korea Cultural Resources Institute, as a member of Cultural Heritage Committee, Chungcheong Southern Province (Nam-do), and Adjunct Professor, Department of Politics and Foreign Relations, Sookmyung Women’s University.
