GRIPS conducted a special training course for Taiwan government officials from May 30 to July 31, 2014.

The program was held at the request of the government of Taiwan. GRIPS welcomed one official of the National Development Council, Taiwan.

During the program, this official attended three regular GRIPS courses: Comparative Development Studies of Asia, Structural Reform and Privatization, and Trade and Industrial Development. The participant completed the training program by submitting two reports about the regular GRIPS courses and one about her own research. On the final day of the training program, the participant was awarded a certificate of completion for the course by Professor Horie, Director of the Executive Development Center for Global Leadership.
