The 23rd “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on December 7, 2012, on the topic of “Fiscal Cliff and Beyond”.

The seminar featured Ms. Jennifer Reynolds Wheelock (Mansfield Fellow), Associate Analyst, Congressional Budget Office, as a speaker and Mr. Hideaki Tanaka, Professor of Graduate School of Governance Studies, Meiji University and Visiting Professor of GRIPS, as a moderator.
