The 17th “GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar” was held on January 27, 2011, on the topic of “U.S. Legislative Process and the Outlook for the 112th Congress.”

The seminar featured Ms. Rachelle Johnson (Mansfield Fellow), Senior Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Thad Cochran) as a speaker and Mr. Mikitaka Masuyama, Professor at GRIPS, as a moderator.
