The ninth Japan-Korea Future Initiative seminar was held in Jeju, Korea during April 9-10, 2010. 
At this seminar, discussions were made on the following topics: “Where Japan and Korea’s party politics stand today: the point of contention among the parties and the policy making process”, “Alliance with the U.S.: relocation of the U.S. military base, the nuclear umbrella and peace in East Asia” and “general debate and challenges for cooperation”.
