The delegation from the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC), Thailand consisting of 7members and one consultant staff visited GRIPS from November 26th to November 29th, 2007 to learn about the personnel system of Japanese civil servants.
Prof. Masahiro Horie gave special lectures for them and arranged the visits to the National Personnel Authority and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
