Abstract

Challenges such as food and water security, infectious disease, environmental degradation and climate change disproportionately affect developing nations. The enormous science gap between developed and developing nations undercuts the global response. Through support for education, research and policy, TWAS and its partners are building sustainable scientific strength in the developing world.
