Special Lecture by Prof. Dr. Peter J. Katzenstein “American Primacy in a World of Regions”
The GRIPS G-cube program is proud to announce that it will hold a Special Lecture by Prof. Dr. Peter J. Katzenstein, Walter S. Carpenter, Jr. Professor of International Studies at Cornell University. His lecture will be on “American Primacy in a World of Regions”.
Recognized by the journal Foreign Affairs as a “renowned scholar” of international relations” in 2013, his research and teaching lie at the intersection of the fields of international relations and comparative politics. Katzenstein’s work addresses issues of political economy, security and culture in world politics. His current research interests focus on the politics of civilizations; on questions of public diplomacy, law, religion, and popular culture; regionalism in world politics; and German politics.
