TOYOTA-GRIPS Study Tour

The TOYOTA GRIPS Study Tour, an annual personnel interaction and study program for our international students, has been offered since 2015. The program consists of presentations by Toyota employees, Q&A sessions, a visit to the Toyota Kaikan Museum, and a plant tour.

The purpose of this study tour is to allow our students, mainly mid-career administrative officers, to learn firsthand through field trips about Toyota’s company profile and corporate philosophy, and about human resource management and human resource development issues in Toyota’s international business development. It is hoped that the participants will apply the insights they gained to their work in their home countries. At the same time, the tour enables them to enter into exchanges with Japanese business people, with the aim of forming of a global industry-academia-government network.
