修士課程(国際プログラム)
One-year Master's Program of Public Policy (MP1)
2000年に本プログラムが創設されて以来、公共政策における分野において多くの専門家を輩出してきました。本プログラムは学生の多種多様なニーズに応え、開発途上国の直面する政策課題に対応できる高度な政策立案能力、分析能力を有する人材の育成を目的としています。さらに学生同士で国際的なネットワークを築くことができます。
このプログラムでは、多様な科目を選択科目として提供し、学生自身が「オーダーメイド」のカリキュラムを設計することができ、選択した科目によって、経済政策、行政学、国際関係学等の分野を専門的に習得することができます。また、学術的に専門性の高い専任教員の講義に加え、現役行政官および行政経験者などの政策策定の第一人者を講師に迎えることで、実用性を重視したカリキュラムにより高度な教育を実施しております。
本プログラムの目的は、日本の経験を加味した政策研究の理解を通じ、自国と日本との比較研究により、学生の政策立案能力の育成、分析能力の高度化を図ることです。さらには、日本での政策展開を事例とする研究・分析により、各学生の自国における政策研究への貢献と、日本及び諸外国の行政官の国際的・知的ネットワークの拡大を図ることも目的の一つとなっています。奨学金についてはアジア開発銀行、文部科学省や東アジア・アセアン経済研究センター等から提供されています。
