博士課程
公共政策プログラム
国際的スタンダードを満たす教育方式に基づく、高度の政策研究能力と企画能力、政策研究遂行上必要となるディシプリンの習得、社会科学諸分野における論文作成能力、高等教育機関における教授能力、外国語能力の確保を目指した教育を実施します。
本プログラムに所属する学生は、特定の学問分野におけるディシプリンを身につけていることが前提となるので、修士プログラムからの進学を原則としつつ、他大学において修士の学位を取得した学生については、その習得分野、学位の種別などに応じて、博士課程からの入学を認めています。そのため、入学時に身につけている学問的能力に応じて、履修を求める単位数が異なってきます。そして、在学中に学問的能力を確認する博士論文提出資格試験などの学内試験に合格の後、博士論文の執筆・提出が認められます。
学生は、講義やゼミに限らず、本学政策研究センターで進行中の研究プロジェクトに参加したり、連携する政策系研究機関との共同研究に参加したりしながら、博士論文を執筆することも可能であり、より実践的な研究活動に携わる機会を確保しています。

公共政策プログラム概要
多様な学問分野に基づいた方法論を用いて、高度な実務的専門知識と学問的体系に沿った政策分析能力を有する政策研究者及び実務家を養成する。
