On September 16, the fall 2010 commencement ceremony was held at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies. The guest speaker was Mr. Haruhiko Kuroda, the President of Asian Development Bank. He delivered a commemorative speech for those from 46 countries who degrees were conferred. His speech title was: “Toward More Balanced, Inclusive, and Sustainable Growth: Policy Challenges for Emerging Economies.”
