The 12th "GRIPS-Mansfield Foundation Joint Seminar" was held on November 9, 2009, on the topic of "U.S. Government Trade Promotion Assistance for Small & Medium Sized Companies."
The seminar featured Mr. Douglas Jacobson (Mansfield Fellow), International Trade Specialist U.S. Commercial Service, U.S. Department of Commerce, as a speaker and Mr. Hideki Makihara, Former member of the House of Representative in the Diet and Visiting scholar at GRIPS, as a moderator.
