Life Report – GRIPS Student in KDIS
Lena OKADA / Cultural Policy Program
KDIS Long-term Exchange Student
Time really flies. I have only one month left to stay and study in KDIS. While on weekdays I focus on lectures and assignments at school, I enjoy meals with friends and daily chores in the dormitory. On weekends, KDIS kindly organizes many field trips. They really made every single day in Korea contented. Since the class in KDIS consists of students from many countries, this has been a precious opportunity for me to learn not only about Korea but also Latin America and Africa, with which I was not familiar before I came here.

Moreover, I have realized that being the only one Japanese student could create a superb environment in practicing English. The lectures are only two weeks left before the final examination, and I will surely make the most of my learning till the last moment of my stay in KDIS.
